It’s treatment for those with a relatively new injury (3 months or less) who have tried to relieve it, but were unsuccessful, and want to get rid of the pain for good. What’s included:

Workstation evaluations
Everyone has read about how to adjust your own work station. But making those changes can look easier on paper than when it's time to do it.
Shelli offers two types of Ergonomic Workstation Consultation/Evaluation:
#1: The Confirmation Consultation: This is recommended if you feel a little better after making your workstation adjustments, but still have some pain. Maybe you just want a second pair of eyes to confirm all the changes you made are right on target?
Using a digital camera, you will take 3-5 pictures of your workstation and 3-5 pictures of you sitting at your workstation and then you will complete a brief questionnaire..
E-mail everything to Shelli and she will assess and add any suggestions, via email.
If you prefer a more personal interaction, she can schedule a Zoom meeting (for an additional fee).
#2: The On-site Evaluation: This is recommended for those individuals or families who have had difficulty with making the adjustments work for them or for families with more than one person using the same computer workstation. Shelli will meet with you one-on-one to design a personal plan for each family member. We will make on-the-spot corrections and suggestions. The average time per family of 2 is 2-3 hours. Monthly Subscription
If you would like to see me on a monthly basis, as a preventive measure, I offer a monthly subscription service for a 60-min session.
